You are not paying for square footage — you are paying for a location that puts you at the center of everything Breckenridge has to offer, with resort amenities most studios at this price point cannot touch.

A $250 security deposit is collected prior to arrival — similar to a hotel holding a credit card on file — and released in full after checkout once all access items are returned. Guests may also choose a non-refundable Damage Waiver instead, selected during the pre-arrival verification process.
