Keystone 3BR Lock-Off | Ski Week, Sleeps 8

Three-bedroom lock-off ski condo in West Keystone at 9,200 feet. Sleeps eight across a main two-bedroom unit and a private queen suite that can lock off from the rest of the residence. Five minutes to the River Run Gondola. Complex pool, hot tub, and sauna. Managed by Gilson Property Group.

Three bedrooms, two full baths, one lock-off suite, and a living-plus-kitchen main floor that actually seats and feeds eight people. The main unit is two bedrooms — a queen on the entry level and a second queen upstairs — with a full kitchen (gas range, dishwasher, coffee), a dining table that seats six, and a living room built around the fireplace. The lock-off is a private queen suite with its own bath and a bunk bed for kids, connected by an interior door that locks from either side — so you can share the whole footprint as one home or hand the suite off as a self-contained bedroom.

Sleeping configuration:
• Bedroom 1 (main level): 1 queen bed
• Bedroom 2 (upstairs): 1 queen bed
• Bedroom 3 (lock-off suite): 1 bunk bed, private full bath
• Living room: 1 sleeper couch

Winter kit: heated pool, hot tub and sauna in the complex; boot dryers and ski storage inside the unit; washer and dryer for wet layers between days. The private patio has seating and a view into the pines — a quiet cold-air break between runs.

Guests have full access to the entire three-bedroom residence — both bedrooms in the main unit, the connecting private queen suite, the full kitchen, and the private outdoor patio. Complex amenities including the heated pool, hot tub, and saunas are also accessible, along with the resort shuttle.

Free parking for up to three vehicles is included. Entry details are provided before arrival. A brief identity verification is required before check-in.

West Keystone is the wooded, residential side of town — mature lodgepole pines, about a half-mile from Keystone Lake, and quiet enough that a deer or a fox on your morning walk is more likely than a crowd.

It is also the heart of Keystone golf country. Soda Ridge Road leads straight to both championship courses: the River Course, tracing the Snake River, and the Robert Trent Jones Jr.-designed Keystone Ranch. The Keystone Gulch trailhead sits right by the neighborhood for creekside hiking past beaver ponds, and the paved Summit County rec path runs across West Keystone Road.

A short walk brings you to Keystone Lake and Lakeside Village — paddleboards, kayaks, shops and dinner. River Run Village, with the gondola, Keystone Bike Park and summer festivals, is five minutes away.
Beyond Keystone you are centered in Summit County: Lake Dillon and its marinas, Frisco, Silverthorne outlets, and Breckenridge are all short drives, with Vail, Copper Mountain and Loveland Pass a little farther.

A complimentary resort shuttle serves the West Keystone area and runs to River Run Village and the base areas. The free Summit Stage county bus also operates year-round, connecting Keystone with Dillon, Frisco, Silverthorne and Breckenridge — handy if you would rather leave the car parked.

A car will give you the most flexibility here. The golf courses, Lake Dillon marinas, Sapphire Point, and the neighboring towns are all quick, easy drives, and free parking for two vehicles is included with your stay.
Keystone Lake, Lakeside Village and the Keystone Gulch trailhead are all walkable from the door, and the paved county bike path is right across the road if you bring bikes.

Denver International Airport is about 85 miles — roughly an hour and a half, and a straightforward drive on I-70 outside of peak weekend traffic.

Primary renter must be 25 or older. Damage protection is included with your booking, so there is no hold placed on your card and nothing further to arrange.

The residence is multi-level with stairs to the upper bedroom.

West Keystone is at approximately 9,200 feet — plan for altitude adjustment on arrival, hydrate, and pace the first day. Free parking for up to three vehicles is included. 4WD or AWD with proper snow tires is strongly recommended December through April; the drive from I-70 climbs from 9,000 to 9,200 feet on roads that can be plowed but slick. Pet policy: confirm with the Gilson guest portal before booking.
