While our chalet offers a secluded mountain experience, it's essential to come prepared for winter travel. A 4x4 vehicle equipped with winter tires is required for safe and convenient access to the property during the snowy months. Once you're here, you'll find that the drive to Breckenridge takes just 35 minutes, putting world-class skiing and winter activities easily within reach. The local area around Warm Springs Ranch also offers its own set of winter adventures, from snowshoeing to cross-country skiing. However, the 4x4 requirement ensures that you can navigate the snowy roads with confidence, whether you're heading out for a day on the slopes or exploring the local winter wonderland.

The primary renter must be 25 or older. A $250 security deposit is collected prior to arrival and released in full after checkout. Guests may alternatively select a non-refundable Damage Waiver during pre-arrival verification.

A 4x4 or all-wheel-drive vehicle is strongly recommended in winter. The property sits at high elevation — plan for altitude adjustment on arrival. Dogs are welcome with a pet fee. Note that some mountain roads in the area may require chains or snow tires during heavy winter weather.
