Shop the store inside your Guest Portal the same way you shop online at home — add coffee, eggs, kids snacks, a case of wine, whatever the residence needs. Our team shops, stocks the fridge and pantry, and leaves receipts on the counter. The residence is ready. **1. Build your list** — Browse the store inside your portal. Search anything — brand names, custom items, whatever's on your handwritten list. Add to cart. **2. Send the request** — One-time acknowledgment that your card on file settles the actual total after shopping. Same folio — no separate checkout each time. **3. We shop & stock the residence** — Our team shops, stocks the fridge with perishables, puts pantry items in the pantry, and leaves receipts on the counter. The residence is ready — walk in and the coffee's already there. **4. Reorder anytime** — Ran out of coffee on day three? Add to cart from the couch. Same one-tap request, same folio. **How billing works:** Groceries pass through at what we pay for them, plus a flat service fee shown in your cart before you request. Your card on file is charged the actual amount after shopping — no surprises, itemized receipts, on your closing folio.

Good to know

Some services carry hard lead times — request as soon as your stay is confirmed so we can lock availability. The portal shows the cutoff for each service as you add it. Everything settles to the card on file on one closing folio — no third-party invoices, no OTA fees.
